- Beetle leaves
- Desiccated coconut
- Gulkand
- Jindal cocoa 46.5 semi sweet couverture
- Jindal cocoa Ganache
Recipe-
- Mix the couverture and Ganache together
- Add the desiccated coconut
- Meanwhile crush the beetle leaves
- Add 2tbsp of desiccated coconut, 1tbsp gulkand, 1tbsp crushed beetle leaves
- Make balls out of the mixture and roll it in desiccated coconut
