Ingredients:
For The Chocolate Cups:
1 Cup Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate From @Jindalcocoa
2 Tbsp Butter (Optional)
For Chocolate Phirni:
2-3 Tbsp @Jindalcocoa Chocolate Ganache
4 Tbsp Overnight Soaked Basmati Rice
1 And 1/2 Litre Milk
2-3 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Ghee
Pistachios And Edible Flowers For Garnish
Recipe:
For The Chocolate Cups, Melt The Chocolate With Butter. Pour It In Mould And Allow It To Set. You May Add 1/2 Tsp Water If Chocolate Is Too Thick.
For The Chocolate Phirni, Coarsely Grind Overnight Soaked Basmati Rice With Water. Take Milk In A Pan. Bring It To A Boil. Add The The Rice Mixture. Cook In Low Flame Until Milk Thickens. Now Add The Sugar. Cook. Add Ghee And Mix. Switch Off The Flame. Now Add The Ganache. Mix Well. Add It Into Chocolate Cups. Chill And Serve!
